I've hurt my lower back...and its hasn't gotten well since the last 2 weeks! Uh...and today's morning training was easy...I missed 1 time 800m free but did the other 1. Then 16 by 25m IM order. Then 2 times 50m chong...Then later went to bathe then tuition..gtg now bye!
