I've hurt my lower back...and its hasn't gotten well since the last 2 weeks! Uh...and today's morning training was easy...I missed 1 time 800m free but did the other 1. Then 16 by 25m IM order. Then 2 times 50m chong...Then later went to bathe then tuition..gtg now bye!

My Oral turned out to be a failure...I didn't know what to say...And the worst part of all...I said good morning teachers! It was afternoon you know...Nevermind...Yesterday was my mum's birthday! We had dinner in Grand Shanghai on Saturday with her friends,we saw the chinese actor,then mum's friend saw her friend! They greeted and sat at a table not far from us...and I thought I saw Mrs Soloman...but I was not sure..., then went spent the night at Grand Corpthorne (I don't know how to spell), followed by a movie yesterday! The movie was very funny...Mama Mia! But my sister fell asleep throughout the whole movie...
